Shipping and Handling
All orders outside of North America will be charged standard international shipping rate. You will be charges an estimated shipping rate of $120 and will be updated (downward) when shipping rate is known.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days for all items in stock unless otherwise noted with the product. Estimated delivery time within North America is 3-10 business days from receipt of an order. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or another courier. From time to time we may have a backlog of orders on an item. We will contact you and ask if we are to ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item or provide refund for backlogged item.
Please only contact our offices about a non-delivery of an item more than four weeks from the date of your order. Delays can occur which are out of our control. For international orders, they usually take 4-8 weeks via regular mail. If you wish to have your order shipped faster please contact our offices.
International orders – We understand international tracked packages are expensive. If you wish to save on shipping please let us know and depending on the size of the order we can ship not tracked in over sized mail. Please note: since it is not tracked we cannot guarantee the shipment since there is no way of tracking it to ensure it reached the intended location. The customer assumes at their own risk the delivery of their item if they choose the no tracking option,
Your satisfaction with our items is important to us. If an item is received that is damaged please contact us immediately. Any problems with an item must be brought to our attention within the 24 hours of receipt of the item. The damaged item can be exchanged after we receive the original and upon inspection.
If you are just simply unhappy with the item you received and wish to return it or exchange you may within a reasonable time frame to be determined and dependant on the item.
Please note that if you wish to return or exchange an item you will be refunded if the item is defective. However, if the item(s) is not defective or item was not returned in mint condition then you will responsible for all shipping costs.
If you wish to simply return an item there is a re-stocking fee that applies and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
MP3s – due to copyright laws we are unable to accept refunds on MP3 purchases.
Event Tickets – All ticket sales are final. Non-refundable. However, they are transferable.
DVDs & CDs – we are unable to accept any opened DVDs & CDs and/or discs not in mint condition.
