st. joseph - small“Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!” (Psalm 95:2)

We are very excited about our upcoming event “Angels and Demons” on October 31st in Toronto with Fr. Gary Thomas and Wilson Orihuela. It is just days away and we wanted to invite you to attend and to join us in prayer before many of us join together in person.

On October 23rd we will be starting a novena to St. Joseph, the patron saint of Serviam Ministries and the Church, which will end on October 31st – the day of the event.

We invite you to pray with us even if you are unable to attend the event. The Devil doesn’t like these events taking place because they bring people closer to Christ and change hearts.
  • Please pray for all the people who are attending.
  • Pray that God will use this day to draw people closer to Him.
  • Pray for our culture, that people everywhere will come to know, love and serve Jesus Christ.
  • And your own personal intentions.

We will be posting the novena each day on our blog and Facebook page. If you would like a daily email reminder you can email us at info@serviamministries.com with “Novena” in the title.

We hope you will join us in prayer and look forward to seeing many of you on October 31st!

Thank you for your prayers.

*What is a novena?

A novena is a prayer, or series of prayers, that you commit to praying for a period of time, often 9 days. The prayers are typically connected to a specific saint, liturgical celebration or other devotion. They are also prayed with a particular intention in mind. For example, to find employment, for someone’s conversion or an increase in faith. Novenas are one of many ways to enter into a conversation with God.
